Descriptive Sensory Evaluation in Beverages Workshop on September 10–11, 2025 at BoonRawd Brewery

Asst. Prof. Dr. Tatsawan Tipvarakarnkoon, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Kamolnate Maleenont who are CEO and Founder of Wesense Solution Co., Ltd. joined the special program of the Descriptive Sensory Evaluation in Beverages Workshop on September 10–11, 2025 at BoonRawd Brewery.
We organized a special program gathering 13 participants from QA, QC and RD departments. The program was covered a descriptive evaluation and lexicon/term generation, sensory testing of various beverage samples and followed by a temporal evaluation test focusing on the time–intensity sweetness profile.
We would like to thank all participants for their interest and for being a part of this program. We hope that the knowledge and experience gained will help everyone apply it to deliver deliciousness and happiness to consumers.
